Request account deletion

You can request deletion of your Pudu account and associated data without opening the app.

1. Email [email protected], preferably from the email address registered to your Pudu account.
2. Use the subject Pudu account deletion request. Include your Pudu username and the account email so we can identify the account.
3. We will verify that the account belongs to you, explain any information we need to retain, and confirm when your request has been completed.

If you cannot access your account email, tell us in your request so we can discuss another way to verify ownership. Never send your password, verification codes or identity documents.

What happens to your data

After verification, we revoke your sessions, remove your profile and authored messages, and queue your uploaded files for removal. Replies to removed messages may show a deleted-message placeholder.

If you own a Club, we will help you arrange its transfer or deletion. Signing out, leaving a Club or uninstalling Pudu does not delete your account.

Uploaded files enter our scheduled cleanup process; previously issued links can remain valid until they expire. Copies saved by other people are outside our control.

Records that may remain

Some operational records have separate retention periods: reports, notification history and completed call-usage details normally become eligible for cleanup after 90 days; administrative action records after 180 days. Legal preservation requests or active investigations may require longer retention, which we will explain where applicable.

Support emails and feedback records follow the relevant provider’s deletion process. Provider-managed backups and logs may remain after active account data is removed; we have not verified a single maximum deletion period for all those copies and do not promise immediate removal.

Cleanup runs in scheduled batches and retries failed removals. We do not currently promise a fixed completion time for every account-deletion request. For the full retention details, read our Privacy Policy.
